Jared Uraine is a native of Orange County, California. He started his real estate career in 1998, his second career choice after following his dream of pursing a career in Broadcast Radio. Gleaning from and coached by top producing agents in the the affluent community of Laguna Niguel and Dana Point, he was trained and groomed with the highest ethics and standards of transaction management with a keen focus on client, agent and company protection in a residential real estate transaction. His transaction coordination department supported the community of top producing agents during the construction and transition of the premier Southern OC real estate office in Monarch Beach adjacent to the Ritz Carlton. In 2002, he was recruited to Fidelity National Financial (NYSE: FNF) as as an Assistant Vice President of sales and training executive for web technologies. Over 8 years, he consulted with and implemented software that impact over 700 offices nationwide through consultation, training and continued support of over a dozen products. These tools spanned the spectrum of user types including industry veterans, agents, brokers, mortgage officers and title brands. Holding a real estate license since 2002, Jared now leads the Uraine Ordonez Five Diamond Group at Palacios Realty. He is helping new agents develop their real estate business and advocate home ownership as a certified mentor. His transaction experience includes first time home buyers, Investor flips, multi-family units, forever homes, step up homes, Down Payment Assistance, HUD and Fannie Mae homes, REO Bank Owned properties, foreclosures, short sale, probate and guardianship transactions. Jared is also a registered real estate agent for NACA and HIP Certified with the Nevada Housing Division.
